   I wasn’t sure how these would work on brick stairs without attaching them permanently, but they fit and work great. They are smaller than I expected but the size is perfect to fit under the top lip of my brick stairs. They work and look fine without installing permanently. My stairs are shaded most of the day so this lets me move them to brighter areas to charge for a couple hours when needed. These shine out light from the side and make my front stairs safer at night. There are a lot of the lights in this pack, great item!

   For such a small size, these lights are amazingly bright. The shape of them is a little bit odd but if you have the right space they work well. The only thing my wife hasn’t liked about him is that she feels like you could trip on them if you’re not paying attention And they are attached to the stairs. We try to put them off to the side as much as possible, but they could be on your foot path and if you’re not paying attention, you could catch your toe on them and stumble. Otherwise they have held up to being stepped on many times as people have gone up and down our back steps. They seem to hold up well to even a 250 pound male who stepped on one of the lights walking up the stairs. Most days they recharge well enough to last throughout the entire night. I’m cloudy days they tend to not get as much charge, but still have lasted 4 to 6 hours. Great item if it fits the purpose in the place, you wanna put them. Even with the risk of stumbling on them, having lights for stairs at night time is much better than risking it in the dark. Good value.

   These work really well for what I need. I live in a development with houses really close. I have a small fenced in area with Turf for my dogs and needed some light for when they go out to potty at night. The problem was that I can’t have too much light, like a back porch light, because it would shine right into my neighbors bedroom windows at night. So these little lights have worked perfectly for lighting up the area enough to see my little dogs outside but not too much to disturb the neighbors. Part of my fenced area is covered, so it’s hard to get enough charge to keep those lights going, so I have to rotate them around. But these little lights are not heavy, so I can just sit them down and they don’t make an impression into my Turf, which is what I needed, but they are a soft light and they shine enough to see in the dark. They work really well for us!

   Ordered these for my long front stairway, since I don’t have a permanent wired solution yet and the stairs can be a little dark and cast weird shadows at night. The stairway has tons of sun exposure, but the area in which the lights make the most sense to install is shaded by a lower rail. Because of this, I had to move them slightly out of the ideal location and into the stair path, which doesn’t look very good. The build quality of these is OK, but I wouldn’t expect the light duty all plastic housings and solar cells to last very long in the fully exposed location they require to charge and function. They are small and put off a decent amount of light, but I do not think they make sense as a long-term solution for these reasons. They were easy to install, and they will work until I can set up a more permanent solution. Overall I would not recommend these lights unless you really cannot set up another option.

   The are surprisingly bright! They make a huge difference in visibility on my front steps. I only dropped a star because the switch to turn them on is not accessible once you install them (so when I forgot to flip the switch on two on them, I had to unscrew them and reinstall). Overall, I’d recommend them as a great purchase.

   Work great. The LEDs are super bright in the evening when I need to see our path. Never have any problems with them charging throughout the day, and they were very easy to attach and use.
