   We love the look of the lights and seem to be very sturdy nut light weight. We just received them and will be installing them at our gate entrance. The three setting are very convenient fir the setting you need it to be in. I like the 2nd one. It is dim until there is motion, then it gets brighter. The solar panel is a great size to catch plenty of light. Excellent value for the money spent.

   **Pros**
   – The light has 3x lighting modes to choose from depending on your preference and needs. I’ve taken to using the light off and only trigger by motion option which has been working wonderfully!
   – Suuuper easy to install and comes with all the necessary hardware. You can hang the light on a gooseneck hook and adjust the angle as you like. And as long as you place the solar panel where it can get decent sunlight your all set, and with16.4 feet cable you’ve got a good bit of placement flexibility for sure.
   – The light is durable and weather-resistant. Unlike most competitor options, this guys made from mostly metal, so it can withstand rain, snow, and wind and you don’t have to worry about the plastic getting all faded and looking like crap after a yr or 2!
   – The light is energy-efficient and eco-friendly, using just solar power to charge the battery, it easily lasts all night long on the motion sensor mode. It also has a warm white color temperature of 3000K, which is soft and easy on the eyes at night.

   **Cons**
   – The battery life def takes a small hit on cloudy or rainy days, as it needs direct sunlight to charge the battery.
   – The light may not be bright enough for some users who need more illumination for their space.
   – The light sometimes doesn’t detect motion very well in certain situations, such as when there are obstacles or animals nearby. But for people it works exceptionally well as you’ll see in my video.

   **Final Thoughts**
   The APONUO Solar Barn Light is a great product for anyone who needs a reliable solar light for their barn or shed and doesn’t want to have to go thru the hassle of running a whole power line out just to get one. It has many features that make it easy to use, durable, and energy-efficient. It also looks quite stylish/rustic, adding charm to your barn or wherever. I’ve actually had multiple ppl comment since installing it that it looks as if it came with the barn from day 1, so its def high quality and not at all cheap looking, I mean really what moire could ya ask for in a barn light right?!

   Would I like about this solar lamp is that it stays bright throughout the night. It has settings so it is motion enabled and that’s what I use most. I put it on a shed out back and it illuminates half of the yard. I also like that it’s aimed down so it only puts light on the decking and on the pathway and not across the whole building. The aesthetic of this seems way more expensive than it is. Good quality easy to put together and easy to install. No complaints.

   We enjoy using solar lights where we do not have electric outlets near by.. This light is the style looking for. Familiar with putting together items. The part used to fasten neck to hood holding light bulb had a tab and required a twist to hold. There was no way to twist, Got out my glue and glued the pieces together. Time will tell how well this fix works. Other parts seem to be of acceptable quality and bulb lit-up when tested right from box. Update: should have sent back. The parts stayed together by gluing for a short time being out in the weather. Disappointed in quality of fixture, although light did work well from dusk to dawn. Replacing with light from another company.

   Con: It can be a bit tricky to figure out how to set the mode to the one you want. Pro: They are nice and bright, work as they should, easy to install and seem to hold up to the elements well. I have them installed on my coral entrance and get a lot of complements on them.

   These are ok. They look cool and work ok. It has a motion setting which I’m not interested in. It has an option for dusk to dawn, but had them for several weeks and in the mode they don’t come in regularly. Also you can’t use any bulb with them. You have to buy the bulbs from this company.

   Had 5 of these up over garage doors for 6 months, they will not stay in mode ( on at dusk, dim light until motion is detected) and must consistently be reset. 1 stop working all together. Look decent but they don’t work as they should… but they still light up when motion is detected, just won’t stay on.

   Worked like a charm until the cold weather started. Light stayed lit all night on low setting, but this last few weeks have to reset the button for continuous light. Install was easy if you have tools and a step ladder, assembly was a bit of a challenge. Overall we like it and it looks nice at night, see picture.
