   These lights were pretty much what I expected. I knew they were not the top of the line (due to the price), but I was betting that they would be good enough for my needs, which they indeed were. They are plenty bright enough, that is for sure. I was actually surprised at how bright they are. Installation is simple enough. I think just about anybody that can climb a ladder could handle the job. Durability/quality of materials is lower end in my opinion. For the price, that is perfectly acceptable. Like I said earlier, I knew what I was paying for. The solar power was a must for me because this is for a shed in my backyard. The functions and features fit my needs and are easy enough to operate. If you want a cheap set of lights this is it. If you want something that will last a decade or more, not so sure…. only time will tell.

   This Wilux Solar Lights pack of 2 are extremely bright better than expected. Easy to install and high performance. Definitely great motion detection. Not to exaggerate but my pitch black backyard looks like day time when this Lights turn on. Great value. Highly recommend.

   I got this pair to upgrade my lighting, eliminate a few smaller fixtures, and they’re doing a great job.
   The light output and triggering range out-perform my old ones on my porch and deck, and I also was able to eliminate two other small ones in the process.

   Construction:
   The heads are large, and the lenses feel really durable. I have other similar polycarbonate lens fixtures on my property and they’ve stayed crystal clear for over three years now. I expect the same from these.
   The manual On/Off/Mode buttons on the rear are rubberized and waterproof.
   The solar collectors are glassy as well, and the wiring is heavy gauge, but wraps easily if needed.
   I really like the fatter connections on these (similar to 9v AC adaptors). There’s more contact surface, and less chance of failure.
   They’re also waterproof, and the threads and connections are large, solid, and tight.
   The same goes for the angle support tighteners on the rear sides. They’re big and easy to tighten. No tools required.
   The mounting brackets are low profile, and the connections are really solid once joined with the heads. There’s no chance of them being knocked out of place. I have similarly designed brackets on a few other fixtures and they’ve withstood up to 80mph wind gusts.

   Performance: I charged these for a six day period outdoors to fully test their capability and lasting power. They performed very well, even after discharging and recharging for two days in overcast weather.
   They were also exposed to some heavy rain out on my semi-covered porch during that test time, and the lenses and connectors all stayed sealed and dry.
   As far as light output, these are SUPER bright compared to others (I have 14 on my property), and the curved heads provide for wider coverage.
   The heads and panels angle upward and downward only, and not fully articulating from side-to-side, but that’s not a drawback for me. They put out a really wide beam, and the collectors performed well, even at an angle to the sun.
   The dual sensors also trigger in a wider pattern (as I expected), and that adds to the performance (and security).
   The remotes are simple and effective – On, Off, and 3 lighting modes (please see video).

   Overall, I really like these for their high output, versatility, quality design and construction, ease of installation, and performance.
