I love how easy these are to assemble and then store away at the end of the season. I tried out one last season and bought more to add to our display this year. The two things that are a bit disappointing both have to do with the need for batteries. Although using batteries make them really versatile, the switch limits them to a cycle that you need to actually go out and physically push the button to start. The other thing is that even though they are made for indoor or outdoor settings, the battery pack is NOT weatherproof. We had to put them in plastic sandwich bags to prevent them from getting water in the battery pack. When water gets inside, they shut off. Then you need to dry them out before they will work again. I used an old hairdryer.
Yet, all in all, I would buy them again. They really are a beautiful addition. The cool blue lights add a bit of variety to our warm-hued wintery scene

No instructions provided. In order to have nice coils had to remove clip from one circle of coil to the one above it so the coils would be evenly dispersed around the tree. The ground not completely flat where placed and needed to use shims and extra stakes to secure the coil tree because the very bottom coils aren’t attached to anything and would just blow in the wind. They provide three metal pins to secure the plastic base of the tree in the ground And if you tried to secure the bottom coil in that stand it makes the tree crooked. On one side of the tree the lights from top to bottom make a line down of bright lights however the rest of the circle of coils are dimly lit so you’re looking at the tree the full left side is dimly lit and one straight line down the right side is bright. Nice tree, nice concept but probably sending it back and getting a more secure and uniformly lit tree like this picture appeared.

Despite the pole, stakes, and zip ties, it falls over in the slightest wind. I had to buy additional stakes and zip ties. Also, the remote control only works a few inches from the battery box. I bought it for an assisted living center and it is not working as it should. I would not buy this again as I feel I wasted my money. The residents are not seeing lit up trees, they are seeing them on the ground, over and over.

So happy about this purchase! I was expecting the assembly to be complicated, but it was pretty straight forward. One thing I messed up on is the fact that each of the 8 strings of lights can be spread apart so it actually looks more full when lit (that’s why there’s 16 clips instead of 8). As you can see from the video, the lights are very bright, even with it being solar powered. I recommend this to anyone looking for a cool outdoor setup!

I was looking for a replacement of this Xmas tree I had for years made of wires and it was white. I wanted white to go with my blue and white stars hanging porch lights. It was perfect. Easy, easy to assemble and operates on batteries with a remote timer for however long you want it on (unlike old one which had to be plugged in). It also has various blinking light settings or not. It might not look like much when first set up, almost flimsy, but standing a little ways from it, it looks really wonderful. There were places on the small stand where I screwed it down on the porch so the wind wouldn’t blow it away. Worked great all season long. I highly recommend this decoration and it arrived quite quickly too!

We really like how the lighting changes to different colors. Easy to set up and doesn’t take a lot of room to store. The tree stands as tall as the roof of our house so it was perfect for our front yard. It is powered by solar which is even better!
