Customer service was amazing and fixed the issue.
I hung these up and they don’t work. I waited a few days with the sun. They turn on for a second and then turn off right away. I tried to charge them and that didn’t work either.

The set comes with two strands for 100 feet. Always buy more than you need due to space needed per pole. I placed outdoor command clips that works well with my pvc fence. The lights could be brighter but in
sufficient to light up all night long on my southern exposure yard. The remote control is the best option to control the brightness from 25 to 100 percent. I am able to control with the remote standing 15 feet away from the solar panel. There is a stake that goes in the ground and my grass has not moved nor has the stake after multiple rainy days.

We installed these lights about 10 days ago and they are working wonderfully. The cord is much longer than I expected, but it serves us well. Other reviews mentioned the lights were not bright. We have these hanging in our garden, and they seem very bright. They are probably not ideal for primary patio lighting, but these are plenty bright for trees and a garden. I love the plastic bulbs. We’ve had problems with squirrels and storms knocking down previous strands and bulbs breaking. I feel good about these. They charge up quickly and come on consistently. I noticed that they dim-out before our solar flowers, but it does not present a problem for us. We noticed a few more moths around the front door, but if you’re adding lights, you should expect it. We have not used the remote control device. We’re only 10 days in, but I would buy these again.

Only works for a hour!
I have purchased the same length/bulbs set from another seller that has double the lights per strand and stay lit up all night until sunrise on a sunny day on low. (Still have and love those but needed more in another location here) These ones die a hour after sunset and have half the amount of lights. I bought these thinking they were the same item. Not even close. These have bulbs located 3 feet apart. On top of dying a hour after sunset they have half the amount of bulbs.

I tried these out because they seem to have good reviews. Here are my pros and cons. The bulbs are plastic not glass. This I liked, because I imagined they would be less easy to break. But this also made them very lightweight and I was trying to rig away to keep him from flying off the poles. It has a remote, but the remote only worked part of the time. This could be because the solar panel wasn’t that great. We change the position often to see if it was the problem. We also brought the panel in and plugged it in to charge it that way. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. They have a dimmer, so you can have them at 100%, all the way down to 25%. I like this a lot. But, The main reason I am returning it is that they are very pale light. The light is not bright at all. I did not want bright light, but even at 100%, the light impact is very minimal. And even sitting underneath them, doesn’t help me see the space around me. I am quite surprise at how low the light is.

Look super cute on my patio. A little dim but I wrapped them so it puts the bulbs a little closer. Like that they can be dimmed and have a timer. My favorite part is all the functions are remote controlled. Easy to hang. Solar panel can be mounted or put in the ground. Also can be charged if there’s no sun. Really nice for the price. Also glad I went with the 100 feet. Seem to be really good quality. Panel is sleek and clips are strong. Definitely recommend
