As the saying goes, you kind of get what you paid for. When you think of the quantity in the package versus the price point, they are really not that expensive at all. Once in a blue moon, you will find a great deal for not a lot of money, but those are few and far between. This is not one of those deals. They are super easy to install as I’ve installed. Plenty of these lights throughout my life, however, they are not right at all. They do help with finding the corners of my property (I live on 2 acres), however, do not expect for a super easy, very noticeable, spotlight, hitting you in the face from these lights. No, they are very dim, especially in a distance however, when getting closer to the product, they are not bad. They charge very well throughout the day, and he met their light at night, however, they are more for may be pathway, identification, come up versus pathway lighting if that makes any sense. They are a great starter pack for anybody who just wants a very inexpensive way to decorate. There may be smaller backyard? Then I would definitely see the value in saving money and going with this product. Otherwise, if you want high-quality, high light output. These are not the ones you’re looking for. These lights are great for ones backyard patio, deck or fence. They are super easy to install and they are very bright and allow for a lot of visible light throughout ones yard. They are of great value for the money spent, very sturdy and durable. I love that they are solar powered, however during the fall/winter months some don’t seem to get adequate light to power them.

I mounted these solar lights on the privacy fence in my backyard. They all get plenty of sun throughout the day. Unfortunately a little less than a month since I mounted them two of the lights stopped working. Just to make sure it didn’t have anything to do with their location I swapped two of them. It didn’t make a difference. Also they act more light accent lights rather than lights you world depend on to light up a section of your yard.

These lights can be mounted onto a vertical surface – I used them on a privacy fence. They will not give off enough light to see your way along a path, but they will allow you to discern the direct of the way. More like accent lighting, which is really what I was looking for. They come on automatically when dark and seem to recharge with very little sunlight during the day. You need to use two screws to attach each one and that seems like a bit of work, but they are very attractive.

They are smaller than we initially imagined them to be, but they put out a wonderful amount of soft light.
We put them all on our block fence and spaced them out, we have many solar lights in the yard and these are a wonderful addition. We haven’t kept track of how long they last yet, but hope to figure it out in the near future. They are exposed, though we haven’t had any inclement weather, we don’t expect there to be any issues.
