Solar cell on top is glued to globe with a glue that gave it up in less than a year. Seems like a cheap epoxy not made for outdoor weather. Not glued circular to seal. Not any kind of silicon glue to seal. Cost is much too high for what it is.

Initially, one of them worked correctly and three of them only flashed. Eventually, three of them worked well and only one of them flashes like a strobe light. This is for the solar light, not the wired socket.
